No-Fix-No-Fee Policy

Our NO FIX NO FEE policy means that if the engineer does not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made to the customer, apart from the callout fee.

If the engineer is unable to resolve the problem or effect the repair, because the computer is out date and it would be a very high costing solution or the parts are no longer on sale, then the customer is charged for the first hours work by the engineer at that time.

If the engineer is able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but is only prevented from doing so by the customer requesting the engineer not to proceed with the work, then the customer is charged for the labour costs by the engineer at that time.

If the engineer is able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but is only prevented from doing so because the customer does not possess the required software CD-Rom or Product Key, then the customer is charged for the labour costs by the engineer at that time.

If the engineer provides a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component and the customer decides not to proceed with the replacement of the component, then the customer is charged for the labour costs by the engineer at that time.

The policy does not apply to work related to data recovery, third-party issues, computer virus or spyware problems or to cases in which the computer has been struck by lightning or as been opened by the customer before the engineers visit.

The engineer had the right to decide if the job is a NO FIX NO FEE or if in his professional opinion the job is chargeable for only one hours labour under the NO FIX NO FEE policy or if the customer is required to pay all labour charges up to that point.

The customer may get the engineer to call the office, so that customer services and the customer can talk about the issue, but please note that if the office decide it is not a NO FIX NO FEE job, then the customer is charged for the engineers full labour cost at that point only (Not for the phone call and all the discussion with the office) But if the office decide it is a NO FIX NO FEE the customer is charged a small callout fee.

(NO FIX NO FEE will be charged a small callout fee to cover the engineer's fuel costs only)
